Dining at Ah Chun Shandong Dumplings offered a unique culinary journey into the heart of Shandong cuisine, particularly through their specialty: dumplings. With an anticipation for authenticity and flavor, my experience was met with mixed feelings, leading to a 3 out of 5-star rating, heavily influenced by the pricing structure encountered during my visit. The highlight of my meal was the pork dumplings. These dumplings were a delight, skillfully prepared with a noticeable attention to detail, embodying the rich flavors and textures that one would expect from a restaurant dedicated to Shandong cuisine. The delicate wrappers, perfectly steamed to a tender finish, encased a generous filling of succulent pork, each bite offering a harmonious blend of taste and texture. However, the dining experience took a turn when considering the value proposition. At nearly $20 for a serving of three dumplings, the price point felt steep, overshadowing the culinary excellence of the dish itself. While I understand and appreciate the quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship involved in creating these dumplings, the cost did prompt a moment of pause, leading to a reflection on the overall dining experience in terms of value. Had the pricing been more in line with expectations, I would have been inclined to give Ah Chun Shandong Dumplings a 4 out of 5 stars. The ambiance of the restaurant and the quality of the food certainly merit recognition. Yet, the price for the quantity provided introduced a significant deterrent to the overall satisfaction. In summary, Ah Chun Shandong Dumplings stands out for its culinary offerings, particularly its pork dumplings, which were a testament to the art of dumpling making. However, the pricing strategy currently in place detracts from the dining experience, leaving a lingering question of value that ultimately impacts the overall rating. For enthusiasts of Shandong cuisine willing to overlook the premium pricing, Ah Chun Shandong Dumplings remains a notable destination. Yet, for those seeking both quality and value, the restaurant's pricing may prompt consideration. Parking: Free parking with membership to the Resorts World.

Go anywhere but here. I paid $12 for 3 of the saddest smallest dumplings. You've been warned!!!

Still good but the grand opening thin wrap vegetarian dumplings are gone. My guess is that the opening Ah Shun ‘A’ team got homesick and is back in the motherland.

Avoid if you are looking for decent dumplings at a fair price. Paid $10 for 3 small dumplings that weren't even flavorful.

The $12 for 2 Sheng Jian Baos are just frozen buns you can get from any Asian grocery stores, not even heated up. The place is cool just don’t order Sheng Jian Bao
