Afters Ice Cream

Just came in for the first time with a friend and bough a pint they already sell in the fridge. Went outside to eat but opening up the pint had a hole in which I was worried it was already eaten from. I told the girl inside what happened and another girl came and told me I have to pay for it because they don't know if I tampered with it like you wasn't even my host for ringing me up and I just bought it a minute ago sitting down outside. Keep in mind no one else is in the store. I told them that doesn't make any sense but they proceeded to allow it this one time and said "next time I will have to pay for it" please I wouldn't couldn't come back to this place if you paid me with this customer service. 1 star for replacing it but the customer service of accusing people especially when you wasn't my host (my host was right there and didn't even defend me to say we just bought it right now)

I understand it's late but we spent $30 and our scoops were very little. Ran out of waffle bowls too.. I rather spend my money where I can get my monies worth. Very disappointed. We won't be back...

Manager was so aggressive for no reason. She held my ice cream pretty low over the trash can while putting toppings on and when I asked her if she could remake it because I was afraid to eat it after it being so close to the trash she got pissed. Then when I tried to quietly tell her I have anxiety about it she just said "this is a one time thing since you can't help that you have anxiety" loudly for everyone in line to hear. Gonna lay in bed and cry now

This store supposed to open at 2:00 pm on Monday but they make all the customers wait outside until 2:15 and they are still not opened. Apparently they didn’t prepare for anything yet.

The lady who took my order/rang me up was so insufferable & rude. To say the least I won’t be back.

Extremely expensive. I had a rootbeer float. Bad choice of root beer. Ice cream was just soso. Overpriced overrated. I would have saved a ton of money buying a bottle of A.W. and some blue bunny icecream.
