Great place for your African items and products.
This store has a well-stocked inventory of African and Caribbean products and maintains a relatively clean environment. However, the service can be inconsistent. After multiple visits, I've decided not to return, particularly due to a negative and scary encounter during my last visit. The cashier, presumably the owner, became irate when I opted not to purchase an item after learning its cost. He went on to insult, yell and curse at me, making baseless assumptions about my personal life. This unwarranted behavior was not only unpleasant but scary and entirely unrelated to my decision about the purchase. Despite initially wanting to support this business, given its variety of products and the fact that it's relatively new, I've opted for other stores in the neighborhood, some of which are more affordable with a friendlier service. I would recommend if you don't mind the inconsistency in the customer service, I have had some good experience there in the past but again, you never know what you're getting at each visit. **Pros:** - Varied product selection - Clean environment **Cons:** - Most items lack labels, requiring staff assistance or checkout inquiries. Staff responses suggest an aversion to pricing questions. - Inconsistent service with different staff members exhibiting varying levels of friendliness. The unpredictable experience makes it challenging to anticipate the quality of service during each visit.
Great place, needs more stock
Give your customers their change. I don't know why you kept $10 whole dollars for yourself.
