Great addition to the southside i love african food. Meat was a tiny bit tough though otherwise great selection
The service staff members are very kind, the service is great, and the food is awesome but a bit pricey. The place is not much of a dine-in place... it's definitely more of a place for take-out or delivery! Must try the Beans & Plantains Dinner, Egusi, or Jollef Rice! Street parking is not that bad most of the time.
I love the food here while it is pricey i always come back for more so no reason to really complain. And they’re all sweethearts when it comes to customer service.
I typically don't feel compiled to call the attention of bad experience in this way. But this place takes the cake. I have to say this is the worse African restaurant, I have visited. First they are over priced, the goat meat is as small as the pinch of two fingers. The food is not tasty and the facility are still behind on the electric processing. We almost got over charged. And to make matter worse, we waited over an hour for the food to get prepared. I don't recommend you go here if you don't want to waste your money. Very very disappointed. They should be ashamed of themselves for the small pieces of meat they give for the cost they charge. They were good to charge 18 dollars for a Tilapia fish that cost less than 5 dollars.
I placed an order over the phone for Efo and waited over 30 minutes only to be lied, claiming twice my order was ready…. Only to be IGNORED when I came into the restaurant. I am disappointed in the customer service and may it be a lesson, regardless of what is in a person’s order they should all be serviced the same with exceptional, professional quality service!
I need to explore other options the slaw in they give you in the cups is half empty and my chicken was so hard I don't know why it wasn’t chewable at all .
