Admirals Club

Absolutely love this club!

Showers! My #1 reason to pay for lounge membership, especially on days like today: my first flight left at 5:00 a.m. and my last flight lands at 11:30 p.m. Hopefully AA will update more Admirals lounges to the LGA standard.

I visited 12/11/23 in Concourse B. From the moment I stepped into the reception area I was greeted warmly and check in was efficient and professional. I had a morning flight so I was in the lounge between 7:30-9:30am. I was able to sample the avocado toast and coffee machine and had the latte, delicious. I used the restroom to freshen up before my flight and appreciated the comfortably large stalls and the hand-care amenities.

I have never seen a family with more than one black child in the Admiral Club. But I have seen and heard many white children in the club. Perhaps something needs to be done to attract more black families.

I normally have a good experience here, however I had the worst bar service imaginable. Two bartenders - a girl named Genesis and a guy with a man bun - refused to acknowledge me, or even look in my direction as I sat there waiting for more than a half hour for a drink. I only had one, and wanted one more before my flight, but whenever I looked at them they looked the other way. Not sure what that’s about but I’m pretty frustrated as I pay a lot for lounge access and have been a Delta customer for many years now.

Despite approaching the staff in a courteous and humble manner to address an issue, I was met with an astonishing lack of empathy and respect. Rather than assisting me in a reasonable manner, I was abruptly asked to leave and security was inexplicably summoned, creating a scene that left me feeling not only humiliated but also utterly disrespected. This distressing encounter has shattered my confidence in the airline's ability to handle even the most basic customer concerns. As a loyal patron, this experience has not only left a bitter taste but has also deeply undermined my trust in the airline's commitment to customer care. The callous and dismissive behavior exhibited by the staff during this incident was not only unbecoming but also wholly unprofessional. It is my fervent hope that American Airlines urgently reevaluates its customer service protocols and provides comprehensive training to its staff in handling delicate situations with the grace and understanding that passengers rightfully deserve. This experience has undeniably tarnished my perception of the airline, and I can only hope that such distressing encounters are not commonplace for other patrons."

Ingrid has attended me very good, she is one of the best supervisor. She is very professional and she looks very happy all the time and has a lot of patience. I will be attending the club again.

Horrible experience, won’t let me in even when flying American First (domestic) and as additional card member. They need a physical card even to charge and won’t accept Apple Pay. I forgot my wallet and survived on Apple Pay everywhere in Europe but shocked to see that one of the leading airlines in America does not accept Apple Pay.
