Horrible service. Use to love this place! Management changed and the entire atmosphere changed and friendliness went out the door! Went in to find that you are charged $15 for a cutting fee of your own cigar and took 15 mins plus before I flagged a waitress/bartender down to get a drink. Didn't ask me what I wanted instead jumped straight to payment. No smile no thanks for coming in tonight no apologies it took a minute to get to you. PLUS charged our friend for a double when he NEVER asked for a double. Ripping people off and can't even smile in your face as they do it!

Excellent place. Great management. This is where I like to spend my time off. Hands down. Highly recommended!!!

I have frequented this cigar bar over the last 3 years. I generally like the atmosphere inside and outside the bar. When I first started coming to the bar, the staff was top notch (shoutout to Lenny). However, over time, my experiences started to go downhill. Drinks are very overpriced ($17 for a cocktail in Baldwin Park is absurd). The current staff can be rude and dismissive at times. Most importantly, the bar has stopped issuing itemized receipts - likely because the bar wants to hide their automatic gratuity charge. There is no disclaimer on the bill itself or around the bar that automatic gratuity is charged. I would be very careful with your bill at Admiral. Likewise, I would look at other options in town before giving your business to Admiral.

This establishment is perpetuating fraud on its customers. Have been coming for years. We had a group of 5 come in for drinks and cigars, their staff double billed drinks on multiple tabs to the point where we asked for itemized receipts at the end (which they’re required to do as is), their servers slammed the new receipts on the table and stormed off. Not only did they charge drinks to multiple tabs they also did not disclose that they include gratuity (so if you are a normal patron you will be paying upward of 40% in gratuity due to their fraud). Will never return. When questioned why they included drinks for one person on MULTIPLE tabs they became very upset and hostile.

Such an alluring place! Great variety of cigars, drinks are amazing and the service is top notch! Highly recommended for a night out with your boys!
