Went with high expectations, the flavors were on point but for some reason the quality of meat in Goat Biriyani wasn't the best, it was a bit too chewy!
It was our first time here and we loved the vibe. Very Indian decor, walls donned with Indian newspapers, brought back memories from home. Super friendly owners. We started off with keema pav- delicious, spicy and great portion size. We then got chicken dum biryani and Lal Maas curry, both of which were delectable. The biryani had right amount of spices and flavors and very tender chicken. It was served with a raita on the side. Great experience will surely be back to try the other varieties.

The butter chicken was really bad. The chicken wasn't even skinless. The dahi batata puri was over seasoned with red pepper
We went to Adda because of the same owners as Semma and the food was really disappointing. Dahi puri was filled with red chilli powder and the butter chicken was like a regular chicken curry with no flavour. And to add to this, the staff was super cold.
Totally over rated. Butter chicken recipe is fake. Designed for people who do not understand the ethos of the entree It’s on James Beard list for non-Indian or Indians whithout taste buds Don’t waste your money or rather time since time is way more better spent at other Indian gems in NYC area
Terrible service, even worser food spent around $250 on subpar food maybe like 8 dishes? Served and cooked by non-Indians. Go to Seva in Astoria for real good Indian food by actual Indians.
