Food quality worse, wait time unexpected time. We were in group and first item came in 20 minutes and last one came in 1 hour and 30 minutes. We did not enjoy as group. It was cold and not as per standard. Do not recommend at all.

Overall, okay !! Needs some improvement with order wait !!

This place has lost it. Made a reservation for a large group and when we arrived half of the menu wasn’t available. Customer service is poor, lack of communication made it worse. Gave them multiple chances, not coming back here again. We left without ordering.

Food is great but if I could give negative star to everything else I wish i could. The staff and service is pathetic to the core where you cannot just enjoy the food! You enter and they make faces like why are you coming here and they prove that by giving you below bare minimum. Please we understand you are busy and all but at-least respect your customers.

Me and my family visited Texas(Dallas) and we went to this restaurant after searching on google, they gave us one wrong order and four right ones that’s not the reason for my rating, it’s the pay before we serve you policy specifically for our table (Black Race). The rest of people were paying after they ate. That wasn’t a pleasant treatment.

Visited today. Ordered 4 items. 2 came within 25 minutes. 1 came in about 40 minutes. 1 never came. After an hour, we found out that the kitchen thought it was already served. Prices were outrageous for every item. They should be letting the customers take home the handi they make the biryani in at the prices they are charging and the small quantity they are serving. The service was not good as no one ever came by to ask us if everything was alright, we had to ask about the missing item ourselves multiple times.

This place use to be the spot for any fire desi food to snacks. But my past few visits I have seen a downward trend. Cold, undercook food, bad service with one employee working on a Saturday. It is sad to see a restaurant this food struggling

As I forget to take picture of food every time so no picture in this review We ordered combo of Charsi and Namkeen karahi, laccha rabri and papri chaat. Paapri chaat was way too good and I must say the best pappri chaat in Dallas I have tried so far. Karahis and naans were great too Thank you to Mr. saqib for tea after food. Now this review is on the basis of my experience today 08/26/2023 Food came after almost an hour, we should have informed that goat karahi isn’t available this time when we went to order in the first place. It was literaly boiled goat mean with some tomatoes, no flavor at all No salad and no Raita when we get our food No plan to go here anymore moving forward. I use to love this place but today’s experience was different and disappointed.

1 dish never came out so we asked after 45 minutes when it’s coming (didn’t ask earlier because we know it’s made in a tandoor).They forgot. Then it came out 20 minutes later… undercooked. Then another 20 minutes and it was the same dish, still undercooked again. They did refund the 1 item, but there’s no excuse for undercooked chicken TWICE.
