Englewood lost one of its treasures with the closing of this establishment. The creative and relevant menu was a refreshing change to an often lackluster food scene especially this far south on Broadway. My heart breaks seeing the building painted over and a coming soon sign on the marquee. I hope to find comparable service and food elsewhere in town but this one will be hard to beat.
Meatloaf was overcooked and dry. Salmon was good. Fritters were overcooked and had old oil taste but were better than the meatloaf. No wonder there were only 2 other tables during the 1.5 hour boring dinner.
Ambience was perfect. Food was so delicious, menu was small but you can tell it is because they put their heart into every dish! Perfect place for a date night!
What an amazing gem truly a diamond in the rough. You've probably driven past it 100 times and not thought twice and you have no idea what you're missing out on.
Fun place. Delicious food. Great service
We had been twice before...both occasions were exceptional. On this visit - the kitchen seemed a little off. We were one of two tables waiting to be served and it took 40 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. It arrived overcooked. When dinner arrived 30 minutes later, though my salmon risotto dish was delish- my husband's meatloaf was, again, overcooked and dry. The server was pleasant, they had a nice wine selection and the environment is comfortable. Maybe they were short handed in the kitchen...
Amazing service and phenomenal food! Everything was beautifully plated, perfectly seasoned, and delicious.
I love this place. This is on my top 2 list of places near where we live. Date night? Yes please.
Love the menu, happy they are open again!
Small intimate building with a small, fresh weekly menu. Everything is delicious. Great for a date night.
