Accordia January Hours - we are open Friday - Sunday. Guided wine tasting on Friday from 5-8PM. We will resume normal hours on Monday, February 3. Thank you for your understanding and see you soon! A European/International Natural Wine Bar & Eatery in Staunton, Virginia. Our wine selection is robust, unique, and carefully selected to showcase the best of the best from around the world. We have over 600, mostly organic wines. Our menu is home-made - food items: Tapas & pintxos, soup, salads, spreads (goat cheese, thyme & fig - tapenade, etc.), sandwiches, & specials for lunch and dinner.
