Food and atmosphere were great but service awful!

Exceptionally good pasta! My friend and I were both very pleased. If I ever come back to Chicago I will definitely come back to the restaurant as well.

Do not eat this place unless you are okay with being disrespected. The appetizers were good, but the entrée and service were way below expectations. I paid over 100 USD for lunch, but the service was outrageous. The server mistreated us!! I wanted to give "0.5 pt" for the service. Honestly, I think this place's tip expectation is way too high considering their services. We added prosciutto to our mushroom pizza. However, they gave us a plain mushroom pizza. They took quite some time to deliver the prosciutto in a separate plate. When I asked for the explanation, the first server gave me a blank glare and did not even bother to explain nor apologize. When our original server came, she "did not apologize for" missing prosciutto in the first place. She simply told us to put prosciutto on top of the pizza, which is nonsense!!! If we order additional toppings, we expect those to be added to the pizza, not being served in a separate plate COLD. I felt that I was not welcomed here as the server took orders from another party that came later than us, though we were already ready to order. Based on the service and experience, I would strongly NOT recommend this place. I felt discriminated and neglected here. I would rather eat at restaurants that well treat me than look down upon me.

Wow what a nice surprise for cocktails, food and atmosphere on Michigan Ave. I've given up on Michigan Ave South of Washington years ago. Too congested, too touristy, no bang for my buck. But surprisingly this hit the spot for a nice meal before a show at the Auditorium. Rabbit confit nice surprise, Lambrusco by the glass added to the surprise and the candle lit atmosphere reminded me of a nice quaint Italian family restaurant in Italy. The noise level was good so conversation among my group was easy. The waiter knew we had a show to catch and was attentive and respectful of time. I will be back

Spent 300 for two people dinner. Delayed and below average service. Wrong orders served. Takes forever to get hold of someone to help. Really disappointed in my overall experience.
