AC Lounge

Been sitting there for 30 mins but no one takes our order…

Super nice place with a great veiw, our breakfast took a little long for the food to come out (was thinking that they door dashed it lol) but when it came out everybody's food was pretty good .

Had the worst experience with the male server for breakfast. Waited long for a table when there wasn’t even a lot of people. A lady ordered after me got her food first, she wasn’t satisfied and asked for a remake, and her remake was served before mine too. This is still all tolerable until I was given a bill while I was just half way done eating as if he’s gonna kick me out. I would rate 0 star if possible

After a long work week getting to the hotel just for overnight before an early morning flight the hotel restaurant was perfect for not having to go out for food. Edward was a fantastic server! The St Germain Smash Mule was delicious, salmon was yummy and red wine selection also great! Plus the view of the water is hard to beat. As far as hotel restaurants go it's a great option!

For those working in the area, this is a good go to option. Lots of suits and employees in neighboring companies joining for a drink or two..or three It's not a quiet place, but definitely less rowdy than Foundry and Lux. The drinks and food menu is pretty standard for hotel bars (limited but has the basics - fries, pizza/Flatbread, etc). The wine selection is good enough for a glass or two, and the mixed drinks are good as long as you order simple. The staff is really nice and attentive.

The Ravioli were cold and only 6 pieces. The price is too much for this kind of bad food.

Nach einem langen Tag voller Enttäuschung wurden wir von unserer Flug-Airline in ein daneben liegendes Hotel verfrachtet. Mit den Voucher für das Essen sind wir dann noch schnell in die daneben liegende AC Lounge gegangen, da es die letzte Essmöglichkeit war und diese auch nur noch 30 Minuten auf hatte. Da wir kaum Zeit hatten uns mit den Gegebenheiten vertraut zu machen, haben wir das Personal gefragt ob wir umsonst essen können oder ob es ein Preis-Limit gibt. Nach zweimaliger Nachfrage und zweimaliger Antwort, dass man alles Essen kann und man nichts bezahlen muss, wurde uns am Ende noch eine große Rechnung im dreistelligen-Bereich ausgehändigt. Diesem Restaurant würde ich nicht mein Geld geben. Es is einfach eine Dreistigkeit und traurig, dass man sichtbar nervlich am Ende ist und wir trotzdem als geldgebendes Objekt gesehen werden!

Food was unremarkable and appropriate for what it is, location was insanely convenient, our server-in-training was polite, but beware of the $16 bottle of sparkling water. We were quite shocked when we received the bill and verified with the server that this was correct, despite it costing more than what either of us had for dinner.

Man wird hier einfach dreist angelogen :D Wir haben in der AC Lounge vom Mariott-Hotel mit einem Food-Voucher zu Abend gegessen, den wir von United Airlines bekommen haben. Da wir nicht wussten, wie hoch das preisliche Limit dieses Vouchers ist, haben wir die Kellnerin gefragt, die uns daraufhin 2 (!!!) Mal gesagt hat, dass wir alles von der Karte bestellen können und es vom Voucher gedeckt wird. Tja, Ende vom Lied war dann, das wir eine Rechnung im Wert von über 100$ auf den Tisch geknallt bekommen haben, da die einzelnen Food-Voucher dann doch nur 15$ wert waren :) Auf Rückfragen, wieso die Kellnerin das nicht gleich gesagt hat, hat sie robotermäßig immer nur wiederholt, dass der Voucher nicht mehr Geld beinhaltet und wir zahlen müssen. Also Fazit: Gebt euer Geld vielleicht lieber wo anders aus!
