This restaurant use to be great I am sure if they switched Owners it has gone down hill from food to service"I've never had such slow service in my life like today . We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and if the give u food after that u should looks around to find someone, u will be never see waiters to check on u except pay time, The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I won't be coming back."

Kid-friendliness: I had high expectations with this restaurant. The rates attracted me the most as the menu has very reasonable rates. When the bill came chicken tawook was charged $19.99 so as mixed grill. The menu price of mint lemonade was 4.99 however i was charged $28 for 4 lemonades and it was very tasteless… i paid $125 in total and i was expecting my bill not to reach $85. Anyways i wont be coming again because i would pay this much in high end restaurant instead of coming here…. The ambience is not worth it. Kids pizza was very tasteless… i don’t recommend coming to this place if you have to pay extra money on top of the list price on their menu…

The food here is okay but the service is absolutely horrible in all regards. The place would do much better if they hired a few professional staff rather than having kids work. Had to ask the kids multiple time for the menus, and multiple time for napkins, etc. The food is good but not worth the horrible service.

If you can't afford a plane ticket to the Middle East, your taste buds can still travel to Lebanon. Abu Ali offers a great deal of authentic Lebanese dishes, dessert, and, hookahs. I went to Abu Ali with my family on a weekend and was immediately welcomed in, the servers were very polite and attentive. I ordered a classic Chicken Tawook with a side of fries. The chicken was well-grilled, mouthwatering, and, juicy. There also was an additional side of roasted pepper and grilled tomato. The fries were a perfect combination of crispy and soft, with just the right amount of salt. Even though, the restaurants ambience is outdated, it is seriously worth the visit!
