Everyone had coats on inside and some had hats on on New years day 2024. I asked multiple staff members to turn on heat. I was told we don't have access to thermostat. To bad because its such a beautiful place and atmosphere and the tea and food was great, but we couldn't enjoy it because the room was too drafty and cold.

Amazing team and very helpful! I’ve just had my breakfast with my husband and we lost our bag where we have all our money and passports..the team was so supportive and friendly that we could find our bag with all its content. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is amazing here and the coffee is yummy ( first time I tasted such delicious cappuccino) ..thanks a lot Abigail team and happy new year!

The tea was so good, and it was very cool to be trying the famous tea party teas. Everyone was really friendly, and the environment was nice too! The tea tasting is so affordable, and it was really fun to try these unique flavors. Who'd have thought smoked tea would be so yummy! And the chive and cheese scones also hit the spot!! Vegetarian options: The baked goods are vegetarian but there was no vegetarian sandwich option while we were there (not sure if there usually is). They did have non-dairy milk options for their drinks though, for any vegans out there!

So much fun to try the 5 teas that were poured into the harbor! Although the smell of one tea was so bad I didn't dare try it. There are places on either side where you can pour out the tea if you don't care for it. The clam chowder and scones are also really tasty. Perfect stop for a treat after the museum tour!

$4 for unlimited historic tea recreations! They have almond milk as a nondairy option.
