ABC Eats Food Hall 食堂

This was a very cool place! The crab soup bun was great and flavorful and the volcano roll was delicious too. Food was served in a timely fashion and hot. What surprised me was the strawberry boba tea; THAT was a 10/10. Usually boba tea gives me a stomachache but not today, Satan! Pricey since those 3 items costs me $40, but I left full so who cares?

Absolutely overpriced and mediocre at best restaurant, but with TERRIBLE service. Most workers don't speak English, and don't even give you water unless you ask for a jug. They even kick out their customers at 9:50 pm saying "CLOSED!". I would avoid this place at all costs, there are many better priced and better serviced Asian eats in LIC and Queens.

I ordered a bento box via the Toast Takeout app and was charged for my meal. When I went to pick it up the restaurant was closed for construction. I have not received my money back yet.

They are very special and delicious! It's really very delicious! The fragrance is also very unique, is I have very excellent food, I will come to eat again!

If I could give a zero star I would. Don't come here. Don't bother. It is rude bratty children running the "business" I have been here twice now because it's next to the gym I go to so I was hoping to make this my regular wait stop before my gym class. I guess not. Both times I have been they were rude just with taking my order. Seemed annoyed by questions about the menu. Buba tea is new to me and I wanted to try something new. This time though was completely unacceptable and flat out disrespectful. They are so rude, talk over you when you try to understand something from the menu or ask any questions. I was pretty much charged $9 for a soda. I thought I was getting a lime tea with boba half sweet, it’s what I ordered. They gave me a bubbly drink with lime no boba not sweet. This is the second time I ask for boba in my drink and don't get it. The first time I let it slide because it still tasted fine and I just figured she didn’t hear me. I didn’t want to make a fuss. This second time around I did not feel comfortable getting taken advantage of for what is essentially soda and lemon juice from the lemon bottle (I saw her take out the artificial lemon juice when I went back and asked for a glass of water which I also got attitude for). When I explained this was not what I was expecting the young man started basically yelling at me that they don't give refund he wouldn't make me anything else and he said it's my fault I didn't know what I was getting even though drink is under the fruit TEA part of menu and that they can't sit here explaining to all customers what is in each menu item. Every time I tried to explain that I just want to understand what I ordered he would yell over me and eventually when I ask him to stop doing that he just walked away and said I would not get a refund which I never asked for in the first place. I simply wanted a different drink, to get what I actually ordered or to at least understand the menu so I wouldn’t order the wrong thing next time. I said I did not want it they took my drink and threw it in the trash and walked away. On the way out I said excuse me multiple times and asked for their names. The young man ignored me and the young lady said "I don't know." Very mature. Extremely rude and condescending. I will not come back and I am defiantly fighting the charge on my card because I gave back the full order.

The friendly staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I ordered the lime mojito the lime flavor was authentic and not overly sweet, allowing the natural citrus notes to shine through, the burst of refreshing flavors made it an unforgettable experience.

Very quiet and comfortable environment and they have a great menu selection. You can relax without being urged to leave, and it's a great place to catch up with friends over dinner
