A Touch Of Basil

Updating review after of loving this place for while. Idk what changed but the pizza just isn't great anymore. We've tried it a few times in the last few months and have been disappointed every single time. The crust is thick and hard and the sauce lacks flavor. The garlic sticks are sticks loaded with raw garlic and the only thing that have remained tasty are some of the pastas. The shells are my favorite but not worth ordering from for those alone. Update: ordered from here for the second time and everything was just as delicious as the first time. We swapped out the mozzarella sticks for the garlic twits with a side of marinara and Alfredo sauce and I definitely get those again, they were BANGIN! The girl who took the order was very sweet as was the delivery driver. Everything arrived hot and tasted very fresh with quality ingredients. DO IT! We've just moved here a few weeks ago and have been trying out some local restaurants. This is our new go to for sure! We ordered mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, cheese pizza and the Alfredo and all were absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh and the leftovers lasted and remained tasty till they were gone. Highly recommended!

We have been loyal customers for four years, but tonight's experience was unacceptable. We made one of our usual orders and when it arrived was completely wrong, so we sent it back and called right away. Then we thought we cleared up the mistake and had the right order made. When we asked how much it would cost, we were told, "don't worry about it". Almost two hours after our original order when the second delivery came, it was still wrong and the delivery driver told us we owed more than the original total was told to us. When we called to figure it out, we were told that they thought we had paid for the original order so the "don't worry about it" meant we paid the original price for the first wrong order, and they thought we kept it even though we specifically said we sent it all back, but then because the second order was more, we were supposed to pay for that too, because we didn't pay for the first order that was sent back. Which made no sense. Then we were forwarded to someone else who explained they were a small business, and it was loud, and we made the wrong order in the first place. Finally, we gave the driver the original amount we were told plus a healthy tip after we were rudely told to just keep it. We were just trying to do the right thing and get the actual order we wanted and it turned into an argument.

They got my order wrong, which happens. Their solution was to stir. Fry the vegetables and put them on top. No cheese extra melted on it. The onions are so raw still that they were staying in my eyes on the ride home. I feel like you can say.I'm sorry till you're blue in the face.It doesn't change my order

Tried them for the first time for dine-in at lunch hour today. Very homely atmosphere. Service was very friendly, and the food came relatively quick. They were steady busy, on the lighter side as far as business at lunch hour. I ordered the small cheese pizza, which was actually pretty good! The undercarriage held up pretty well, lightly crispy on the bottom with a bit of flop, but would have preferred a bit more done as the crust was just a tad doughy. Cheese had a nice color and sauce was vibrant in flavor and a nice ratio to the cheese. I'd give them a solid 7.5 out of 10. Great place, defintely check em out. Parking: In a plaza, plenty of parking all around.
