A La Parrilla: Latin Food

Omg the juice here is sooooo good , yummy food , I was so happy to see a Latin restaurant. I enjoyed the food here. The lady that served me was super sweet. I really was so happy with everything I got here today! I will be back to try other dishes & to grab my blended half and half juice.

Whenever I want a really filling, satisfying meal, I order the churrasco - it comes with so many extras: fries, fried plantains, guac, and more. Love this place!

Let me start by saying the lady that helped us was not inviting at all no smile or any face at all on her but annoyed. We hadn't seen anyone go to her in an hour so you would think she would have been great full for a costumer. We bought her Las Parceras and to br frank they were edible but lacked so much flavor they where so plain so with no food flavor and a bad additude I will not be going back. AND HONESLY WAY TO HIGH PRICED FOR ONLY 2 OF THEM CRAZY!!!!!

So disappointed in my meal today. Had the Cubano and unlike the times I'd gotten it before this time she smashed the bread so much on the grill that it was more like a cracker and the amount of fillings inside is less too. All of this on top of the price going up. Such a shame

The churrasco plate was tasty and freshly prepared. Everything in this market was overpriced. The plate and a beer was nearly $40. Reno Public Market scams you at the POS, so a $25 entree with "taxes and fees" is $29. I suspect it's the same anywhere in the market though. The steak was served in one piece, but with two tortillas. I would have appreciated if they cut it in half to make tacoing easier. The guacamole was excellent, but it competes with the chimichurri. The chimichurri was what made me pick this stand/dish, but it was overpowered by the guacamole. The fries looked like they came out of a grocery store freezer, but the drizzle on them was good.
