A Dopo Sourdough Pizza

Had reservations for over a month. They were 25 minutes late to seat us. We were sat at a communal table in a cold garage. None of our food came out at the same time, I was halfway done with my pizza when my girlfriend's came out. I ordered pistachio gelato and got peanut butter. I eat here a few times a year but the other night was ridiculous. Will be choosing other restaurants for date night from now on. At $80+ this is extremely underwhelming service.

I want to start out by saying I LOVE A Dopo. It's some of the best pizza I've ever had (and I have been to Italy). The food is phenomenal and the service is good, but the only frustrating thing: every time my husband and I have gone, we made a reservation well in advance. We show up on time every time, however, they never have a table ready for us. We have had to wait 10-20 minutes past our reservation time each time and there is no real standing room without hovering over others eating, which is quite uncomfortable. Again, love the food, but that has always seemed a little unprofessional to me.

Wonderful first time experience thanks in large part to Eva. She was courteous, helpful, informative, and she really took her time to make sure we were happy. Great job!

Literally one of the best dining experiences we’ve had! Jessica was the kindest and most helpful person I think I’ve ever spoken to over the phone. Our waitress was quick and attentive. The food was spectacular. And that gelato…all wonderful but I could eat an entire tub of the blood orange pomegranate (my son actually stole mine leaving me with chocolate- which was also good but I don’t think anything can compare to that bop)! If we lived in Knox, it would definitely be a regular family spot!

Fabulous pizza and great service!

I had a hot date last night that I was most definitely trying to impress. So I decided to order some pizza and gelato from their online platform. In my notes, I told the staff about my hot date and asked if they could hook me up with some hearts or smiley faces drawn on the box. They did not disappoint. Not only was all of the food crazy good, but the art work put it over the top. The staff went as far as to give me heart shaped pepperoni and soppressata. Such a wonderful experience curated by Adopo. Can’t thank you guys enough for helping out! To anyone reading this, don’t drop the ball on this place. Best pizza and customer service around town!
