The atmosphere and staff are nothing but humble and exude positive, caring energy into the place. The food is delicious and at an affordable price. The drinks are also so so good. I come for lunch and even if I just want to sit and relax with even just a boba with my sister. My favorite spot. I hope this business, the owners, and the staff thrive and continue. They all deserve a BMW.

Always quick, always able to sit or leave quickly. Food is delicious and authentic. Never disappoints and is always my go-to when I'm in the area. I always the my children so the atmosphere is family friendly. Has indoor and outdoor seating. The downside is that they charge a fee for using card, they prefer cash. Parking: Closest parking is limited, funky parking spots behind building though
