This is a great reatruant, great food and great service. We had Wendy service us, and shes tight.

They are getting premium price, but the food choices are not that satisfactory. They don't even provide ice cream. The taste of hotpot soup (spicy) is salty. The sauces are also bad. None of the servers speak English except the receptionist. But the receptionist barely comes to help.

Accurate portions on a decent AYCE pricing. Servers were attentive. Food came immediately.

第一次吃到这么难吃的火锅，不懂是怎么开了这么多年的。锅底超级寡淡，完全是白水，一点味道都没有。问了服务员给我说只可以给加盐加味精。肉全是冻肉，不管点多少，永远都只能上两份，太恶心了。

Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. You must call the waiter over to place your food order because the app does not allow it. The food was just awful, and the waiter moved very slowly. The meat took an eternity to arrive, and some of it was spoiled. After we informed them about it, they noticed the color, smelled it, and were shocked. They tried to offer apologies by offering us free drinks. We ordered a variety of soups, however, they were all extremely flavorless and boring.

- Ordering through app does not work, have to order with waiter - waiter forgets half the order and meats come all frozen - waited for over an hour on some orders - some meats came spoiled? Been to other locations which were great. This location particular does not seem that good.
