Great food, great services and very welcolming. Would go back again.
Patricio was amazing! He was so patient, and he explained the cuts of the steak impeccably! He was very polite and observant and all times! We will be back again next week and of course we will request Pat
Started with walking in the restaurant, two ladies where talking never acknowledged us, made reservations at 12:45 got sitted at 1:10 .. server was really bad service.. I would add his name but he didn't have a name tag. He had no manners at all.. for being such a nice place. He was probably worried they close at 2pm, anyways would not return.
Recently dined at 97 West with 5 other friends. Menu was nice with several options. Bar and wine list complimented the menu well. Atmosphere was comfortable and the service was friendly and seamless. Everyone at the table chose a steak dinner of different cuts. Unfortunately, the ribeye and New York strip lacked tenderness and for the particular cut(s) were a bit on the tough side. We chose the Brussels sprouts, garlic mashed and demi glace as sides and 2 bottles of Caymus. The Brussels were a bit overcharred and lacked seasoning. The demi was quite thin and closely resembled a jus. For the most part, the evening was a good experience, however, felt that the price was high for the value received leaving the table feeling that we didnt get what we paid for.
We had brunch here last Saturday & it was so delicious that I begged for dinner reservations (on a Saturday night, during rodeo time, & for 6 people!) & the wonderful Hotel Drover made sure it happened! We got to sit at a table that I’ve dubbed the chef table since you have a perfect view of the kitchen! It was so cool & so yummy! Perfect for my dad’s surprise 73rd birthday weekend!
