We were in the market for new pho. We were recommended to 9 mile pho. The customer service seem fine at first but then it dropped a notch and I found myself trying to get the staff's attention. They were either not checking on us or viewing their cell phones. When my friend asked for containers to go. She had to do it herself. That is not serving your customer. The food was good but a bit to rich for my stomach. Seems like the staff is more set up for take out order. Good luck with your new business.

We got Thai milk tea and passionfruit green tea which were both amazing. My crab wonton were basically overflowing with filling and the fried dumplings are awesome. The chicken pho is on point and I don't remember the other soup we got but it had dried fish, crab and ham ans it was delicious as well. We found our new pho spot!
