850 Barbecue

I have tried a lot of BBQ around the world... chciken was top 10 easy. Vinegar based slaw was excellent. Looking forward to trying the other proteins... everything looked amazing on display. Need a location in Gulf Breeze!

First time here. I ordered a Beef Rib, Pork Burnt Ends, and lean Brisket. I also got some of their picked onions, dill pickles, and tried their Original and Spicy BBQ sauce and their Mac & Cheese. First, this one the only place I can find anywhere that does Beef Ribs. They are massive. One of them fed my wife and I for 3 days. The Beef Ribs are ridongculous. Even reheated properly it is amazing. The burnt ends are excellent and highly recommend. The lean brisket was for the wife mainly and she said it was some of the best she ever had. The pickles and onions are great. My only criticism is the sauces are way too sweet for me and the Mac & Cheese needed some flavor. Beef Ribs - 50 out of 10 Burnt Ends - 9 out of 10 Lean Brisket - 8 out of 10 Fatty Brisket (I tried a bit) - 10 out of 10 Pickles - 10 out of 10 Pickled Onions 9 out of 10. Great for cutting through the meat Mac & Chesse - 6 out of 10 It isn't cheap, but what great food is today. I'd HIGHLY recommend the Beef Ribs if you can handle it. Also, everything else is good to excellent. I need to try their chicken and their other two sides next time.

If you see them out and about, stop and get some of their BBQ!!! Darn good! They know what they’re doing! That Sweet Heat sauce is complex and beautiful. It maintains the foundational flavor of BBQ sauce but leans away from everyone else’s sauce with what seemed to be a hint of fruit. Great job!

Wow! That is the best brisket I have ever eaten!! Very delicious!

Oh My Gosh !! Are there even words to express about Their Brisket!! Being in Texas I’m very Snobby about Brisket, never ever thought I would taste great brisket outside Texas! 850 Is Beyond the Best!! And the Barbecue sauce they make , I absolutely Have a Drinking problem on that sauce!! I hate meatloaf , however I tried theirs , Hello Heaven!! Everything from this place is so Beyond Amazing!! I can literally eat myself sick !! You have Got to Try!! 850 Addict !! So Good

Some of the best brisket ive had in the area. Well cooked and high quality meat. The rest of the food ended up cold but the owner made things right and provided a refund.

Oh My My We bought a Brisket, some pulled pork and some Burnt Ends for Super bowl- this was delicious! Everyone raved about your Food! We will order Again!!!! WOW

As a BBQ snob who has been spoiled in Texas, KC, Oklahoma and my pit in my backyard, I’ve been less than impressed with the BBQ I’ve tasted in the panhandle. 850 has changed that and I’ll happily give them repeat business when I’m not smoking myself all night. Great flavor and technically well executed. Bonus points to rotating creative menu.

Food was incredibly nice and delicious. Some of the best brisket. Was super nice wheelbarrowing me out to my car. Would eat again
