It was hard to understand the gentleman serving me, but I could tell he was passionate about his customers and his food. I came over during my lunch break and ordered the most exotic-sounding item. It probably took 30-40 minutes before I received my order, but it was worth the wait. Haile showed me how to eat it properly with my hands, and always ensured I had a full glass of fruit-infused water. The experience was quite amazing. I recommend this place to everyone in Denver. I'm just sad I only worked in the area the one day and will be heading home out of state shortly!
