Absolutely awful experience. Restroom was disgusting. Waiter with an attitude took forever to take our order and never checked on us. He handed us the plates over the table and didn't set them on it. He was more interested in his phone. They charged $26 for a Margarita, which seems really high. Food was okay at best. It was the complete opposite from the last time I was there, about 3 months ago.
The taco meat was the only high point for us Tejanos. Unfriendly, cold service. Perhaps the worst margarita I've ever had, no salt on the rim and made with zero love. Guacamole was not fresh and lacked a proper ratio of lime and salt. Tacos Mexicano with Barbacoa, Carnitas, and Al Pastor had good flavors, but the plate had no fresh limes and only 1 sauce for three kinds of tacos, which generally come with different salsas. Their house sauce was good, but I would have preferred a variety. It was a very slow evening, so you would think they'd have more time and energy to devote to service and ambiance, but they simply didn't seem to care. I wanted to love it, to give our hard earned money to eat there, but sadly, we left never wanting to come back.
Amazing food, the burritos were massive and very flavorful, the tacos were perfect. Fast service, the food came out quick, it couldn’t have been better!
Food wasn’t significant and upcharges were placed without being made aware until our bill came. The service from our server was miserable as he was rude through our service and as well as when we asked about all the upcharges on the bill making it seem like our fault we did not know. Will never be back
They handled a large group of kids fairly well.
Took about 5 calls just to place a to go order because they wouldn’t answer the phone. One of our orders was a kids QUESADILLA and this is what we got….this is not a quesadilla. Lazy and careless. UPDATE: tried to give it another chance the next morning. It says they open at 11am. Tried to go in at 11am and 11:05am, not only were the doors still locked, the workers were sitting at a table just staring at me and my family trying to get inside. We walked away and i called to ask if they are open which they replied “yes we ARE open” i then stated well we just tried to come in twice and the door was locked. To which they replied “ oh we are about to unlock it in a minute”. If you said you’re open then why is it locked anyway?! And why couldn’t you get up and open it when you saw me and my family standing in the cold trying to get inside…TWICE!
The candy skulls grabbed our attention and got us in the door. Did not disappoint! Pollo caliente was outstanding! Definitely should stop in if you are in the area.
Service was terrible and the server was rude.
Food was good but the customer service was lacking big time!
