ATT MANAGEMENT. Adrienne is by far one of the rudest bartenders I have come across, she has no concept of customer service. We were the ONLY people at this establishment & she chose to scroll social media in front of us instead of take our order. Seriously one of the worst experiences I’ve had & leaves a very bad taste in the mouth for travelers experiencing Atlanta for the first time! Do better.
This is an airport bar with an airport kitchen; to expect anything more than a spot to rest, pure caloric value, and an enhanced blood alcohol level is a fools errand. This a positive review of Tim. He is great. He held this place down by himself, and he did it with grace and humor. We had a layover of more than four hours and he made it nice. Thanks Tim!!
I really wanted to enjoy my layover and treat myself. When I sat down there was hardly anyone at the bar. Danielle was nice enough. No issues. She made a great aperol spritz! I was very happy. I ordered the chicken ceasar salad which says it is made with romaine. It came with spring mix that was really wilted and many pieces rotty and soggy. Swamp lettuce! It wasn't the bartenders fault except when I asked her about the romaine she said oh yeahhhhh we've been out of that for weeks. The chicken was dry and mealy. Again she was nice but... without romaine that's not a ceasar. I would have liked a heads up since she was aware they haven't had it for weeks. I wish she had asked if I wanted something else. I'm not aggressive enough to ask to change! Anyway. The bar became PACKED and she managed it well but not with much personality. I had to wait 20 minutes to get her attention to get my $37 check. I travel often at the D gates and I'm sorry to say I won't ever be going there again. Bummer.
The bartender was very short with patience and not friendly. So I took my time and pissed him off even more I ordered 2 crown and cokes. He knows how to add 2 ingredients correctly..
The worst service we have ever gotten. The waitress had an attitude from start to finish. We dealt with her and gave her the benefit of the doubt until it was time to pay and when we asked how much it was the waitress become super rude and gave us attitude saying we could have easily looked at the receipt since we had it. Then proceeded to take our phone to use our Apple Pay because she was the only one who could use the Apple Pay. To top it all off she didn’t give us a pen and got mad when we asked for one. Worst service ever. Would not recommend. The food was decent enough, but the service was not worth it at all.
For the love of all the is stupid, please improve your service time. Seriously, I never complain. That was brutal, especially for an airport. I double checked with the guy next to me to make sure I wasn’t just being impatient, he said the same thing. Food gets a one just because the full ingredients weren’t on the menu and I’m allergic
Bartender takes personal calls while taking orders. Me and another customer were left completely floored by the disrespectful nature of her.
The outside seating area did not have anything across from it so I sat down and the manager comes over and starts to harass me telling me that the place is closed and that I shouldn't have been sitting there and I said well there's nothing there to tell you it's closed it's just a sitting out outside area I'll post a picture she's very rude and obnoxious
This for SEVENTEEN american dollars is crazy also why is there a crackhead in the airport you know its atlanta when shes yelling at an airport restaurant
