Service was terrible. We waited for 45 minutes for a sandwich and there was no line
Best customer service. Pious was super friendly and hooked us up with the BEST shrimp and fries. They have full wings, not the sections! Fried crispy and so tender on the inside!
Kid-friendliness: It’s a great place for families! Great food and great fun!!!!!!
The voodoo chicken was so well seasoned! The food came out quickly and was delicious.
I LOVEDDDD THIS PLACE!! First impression was top tier. Leaf, Gabby, and the Gentleman with locs did an amazing job. The customer service was so friendly. I ordered the catfish and grits and must I say they were everything. Make this your next stop in The City Foundry!
Everytime I come to the Foundry..I make it a habit to stop here! Some of the best food in the city and the staff and manager are the best!! Po boys are enormous!!
I was standing in line waiting to order. I saw a woman come up to get her food. She asked the cashier for a fork. The cashier explained to her that she didn’t have any forks. The woman shared that she saw a box of forks in the back. The cashier added that only certain orders come with a fork. But spoons and knives were available. This was a black woman that had an entree that was covered in meat and cheese sauce. As a black woman myself, I had to ask why she refused to give the woman a fork and if I ordered something covered in meat and cheese, would I get a fork. The cashier explained to me that she was told the same day that they were not allowed to serve forks unless a customer ordered a certain dish. The cashiers nails were dirty. I decided not to eat there although I traveled over 20 minutes.
Extremely slow, food was okay. Workers seemed confused every time I asked a question.
Didn’t have a chance to taste their food. Waited 10 minutes for them to take two orders ahead of me. Then I put in my order and as soon as I paid, I was told that they didn’t have any grits. So then I asked them for a refund. Then after giving me a refund, they told me it was going to take 20 minutes. What a hot mess!
