Bar is nice. Jesus is excellent and enjoyed a nice beverage after checking in. Unfortunately, the management here has recently decided this hotel “restaurant” is now just a bar. A Holiday Inn hotel that doesn’t serve any kind of breakfast at all let alone has no evening menu isn’t a “bistro” or “grill” at the Holiday Inn.
The lady who served my dinner and my drink gives excellent service she was kindly, I will be back. This was Saturday May 7/22
Apparently, a club wrap that is supposed to include turkey, ham, and bacon instead is turkey ham and bacon. What a joke. Eat anywhere else but here. Garbage. Update: the "Chef" verified that they were out of turkey. Eat a candy bar folks before you ever consider this place.

ANA served us at the Bistro....She is AMAZING! Not only was the food and atmosphere nice but Ana gave it that extra touch with her EXCELLENT service & beautiful smile!!! She made it a WOW for us, definitely recommend this place!!!
The restaurant here is awful. Takes an hour to get food. Cold coffee.
Much better than a 3.1. Restaurant is small and was a bit cold on this day due to blowing A/C. The menu is what you would expect from an American restaurant. The staff were professional and friendly. The food was presented well and tasted great. On par with an Outback Steakhouse.
We had the included breakfast from our Holiday Inn stay. Everything was going great. I asked him the rules of the provided breakfast and he said 1 menu item and 1 drink. That was fair. But then, a Spanish couple who seemed a little more high class sat next to us. They also had the included breakfast (I know because we all have green passes and need to show the waiter). They spoke in Spanish with the waiter and got 1 item, a drink, AND SIDES like bacon, toast, or whatever they asked for EXTRA. Also, the waiter was giving them more attention and more priority than us. For example, asking them how the food was and but asking us where I don't care that he didn't ask. It's just the feeling of not being treated equal. I think they should put a sign saying, "if you speak Spanish and/or look rich, you will get better service". Edit: Just found out it was the manager who did this! Wow.
