Update: this place is now closed! What happened, it was one of my favorites in Miami. The Chaufa is so bomb. Get it with steak.

The steak saltado dish was phenomenal. You get a nice size steak and it’s cooked very tenderly. Cuban ice cream for dessert and you’re set for a good night out!

Fuimos con mis amigas al Time out Market de Miami y definitivamente la peor experiencia Pedimos dos chaufas una de pollo y otra de camarones y parecían más un arroz con verduras sin ese sabor propio peruano, pedimos un churrasco saltado y me han traído una carne con dos trozos de cebolla y dos de tomate y adicional parece que no conocieran los términos de cocción de la carne porque mi carne no estaba en el término que la pedí, por la parte de los ceviches estaba demasiado aguado así que parecía un caldo de pescado y les faltaba sabor Definitivamente perdimos nuestro dinero y no recomiendo el lugar

Second time coming back for that delicious churrasco saltado and it never disappoints. Perfectly medium cooked skirt steak with that mouthwatering saltado sauce, onions, tomatoes, a side of fried yuca on a bed of rice is all I needed. It has to undoubtedly be one of the best saltados I’ve had in town and I was pleasantly surprised to have found this little gem in a food hall. I’d have to come back and try a few other things on the menu.

Pior ceviche que já comi, aguado sem sabor acho que não deu certo o leite de tigre , tinha os ingredientes para ser perfeito mas erraram na receita. Não recomendo

I used the 50% off coupon on the website and tried a few things. All were wonderful in the whole building! The food here was very good and tasty. Nice presentation and portions for what I saw coming out. Definitely give it, and the other spots at timeout a try!
