My new favorite drink stop for loaded teas. They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from. They offer shakes too. The staff is very friendly and the store is clean and inviting. I definitely recommend stopping in and seeing them.

I love going to 31A before work! They make it so convenient to place an order on the phone and it is ready as soon as I get there! I am a huge fan of the seasonal flavors!

Love coming here for shakes and loaded teas. I have used their high protein shakes as a way to lose weight for meal replacement on the go as they are very satisfying and the teas taste great and give me energy and hydration. Their flavors are wonderful as they offer some that change with the seasons but the main stay flavors that don’t change are my favorites. In fact I have a certain order and the owners know it is for me even when I’m not the one picking it up just because of my order. Such personal friendly service is hard to find. Parking: Never have had a problem finding a spot. Easy parking and lots of it nearby. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

I have been a regular customer since the shop opened. It is my go to place for hydration and I love that Sydney and Shane are always so welcoming and accomodating.

I love the loaded teas here. They always are very knowledgeable too when I want to switch things up. Great service. Friendly environment. I love the Bahama Mama and the Jimmy Buffet.
