Our guest were impressed, the food was delicious and the staff was seamlessly coordinated. Hillary made the planning process stress free and was there every step of the way for questions. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a great wedding venue in downtown Orlando. Thank you Hillary and team!
Food mediocre at best. Both of ordered the 1/2 duck which was actually 2 leg quarters. Garlic mashed potatoes were old. 1/2 duck means leg quarter, breast and wing at any other restaurant. The meal was not worth the amount charged. I do not recommend this restaurant. Service was poor as well.
I enjoyed my food and drink very much. I ordered the spinach bacon feta fritata and the blueberry sangria i believe!
Server “Jesse” charged my card for an extra tip. Called restaurant when I saw the charge on my card in which the bartender said “we don’t really have a manger here, so I believe someone would do that she does it all the time”. Called store multiple times to get a hold of the fake manager “Bob” with no response. Thieves. Oh and the food sucks.
I don’t know what happened but I came here like 8 months ago and everything has changed! From the quality of food to the service! The bartender and waiter seemed like they were high on something. The waiter kept forgetting to give us our drinks. the food took forever and the restaurant was empty. And then the check took so long that we thought that we had paid and almost left. We had to go to the bartender and have her cash us out. She was so high we had to keep repeating what our order was in order to cash out! It was an awful experience!
My experience at 310 Lakeside tonight was incredibly disappointing. The service at the bar was abysmal. It took an unreasonably long time for the bartender to even acknowledge our presence, and when he finally did, it was with a lack of courtesy and professionalism that was astounding. To make matters worse, my friend's glass was not only dirty but also broken, causing her to get glass in her mouth. Shockingly, the bartender failed to apologize for the incident and only begrudgingly replaced the drink. As if the service wasn't bad enough, the food was a whole other disaster. The food is extremely salty, and we ordered Buffalo bits, Calamari and sweat potato fries. Which was only good item that we finished. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend 310 Lakeside to anyone based on my experience tonight. The combination of terrible service and subpar food left a sour taste in my mouth.
If I could give less stars I would. Let’s start with the bartender who after I found my glass broken and a shard of glass in my mouth, broke another glass with a chuckle then replaced my drink with a flippant “sorry ‘bout that” and didn’t seem sorry or concerned that I could have been hurt at all. To say the food was substandard is generous. We ordered the calamari, boneless wings and sweet potato fries. The only thing that was edible was the fries. The calamari was a plate of fried batter with a few calamari rings and I think one tentacle, it was so salty I couldn’t even taste the dipping sauces. The boneless wings were like soggy chicken nuggets dipped in buffalo sauce. Overall totally NOT worth the price which is sad because the outside patio looks like it would be a nice place to have a meal.
Overrated! Nothing special or remarkable about the menu options. Food and service were average but not bad.
