Highly recommend this place, the food and services is fantastic. The uni is smoothly and sweet

The food was great but the guy didn't understand any English whatsoever so it was very hard for us to communicate with him.

This cozy spot is open late and serves up delicious small bites. We stopped in on a Monday evening and the place was not busy but not dead and we appreciated them being one of the few late night spots open in the neighborhood! The food was quite tasty, but was small portioned for the price Listed price for grilled meats are for each piece, which could easily be labeled on the menu (but it isn't) and the tempura appetizer, while good, could have used a few more pieces to make it worth it. The sushi was quite good quality, but the wasabi was cheap and pretty tasteless. If they want to use good quality fish, please get better condiments! The waiter dropped off food quickly and didn't take time to explain what each of the skewers were so we had to guess/ remember what we ordered. We had planned to order a couple more items, but didn't see the waiter again for almost an hour so we asked for the check so we could leave. The spot is well decorated and the food is good, but the friendliness of a true izakaya was missing here.

Amazing! The takoyaki, grilled scallops, and japanese chasu were my favorites. Really awesome sushi too!

I love this place! The space was designed well. Japanese art on the walls. One of my fav part was the way they displayed the drinks in a cabinet next to our table. Showing you the different Japanese drinks available. The food was great. I had cow tongue and beef ribs, and rainbow roll. Sushi was great
