Amazing banana bread and iced mochas! Service was great and the barista and cashier were happy to serve.

Believe me when I say I hate giving bad reviews but I just have to say this. I have been coming to this 200 degrees for almost a year now, I understand due to its location being on the Colmore row it can get quite busy therefore the wait time for drink are quite long so no worries. When I tell you about this one waitress and her lack of professionalism, it really makes me frustrated. I don’t understand why I’m waiting in the line next to be served but this waitress at the till is continuously chatting, I’m not saying that having friendly chats are a crime as I myself am from this industry. However, when there is a queue forming its best to get it dealt with rather than continuously speaking, when I get to the till to order the lady says oh sorry and continued to chat with another customer who isn’t in the line and most probably her friend. I had also observed that she’s rather chatty when she’s serving people too, NO WONDER THE SERVICE IS SLOW AROUND HERE OMG. This was only last year nov-dec… TILL THIS DAY THE LADY IS CONTINUOUSLY LIKE THIS??? I could go on a rant on how the place is getting progressively worse for some reason. It’s honestly really sad to see as this was once one of my favourite places but I’m most probably going to find an alternative café atp. Additionally, this is more directed at your food options, the baked goods are fine but your lack of halal options are very bad. Your demographic is multicultural people so it would nice to at least include options for them too… I’d hope to think that you would think the same. Also I couldn’t agree more with the one star reviews, Fix up please honestly….

great place for getting some work done. The staff are always polite and welcoming, they make a point of remembering people which is a nice touch. The small redhead is a star and makes a lovely flat white

Dreadful service from an overweight and gobby waitress who thought she was in coronation street in the 1970s. Had to be told to take away the previous customer's coffee cup. Chatting outside instead of working. Clearly the place was understaffed.

I'm in almost every day I'm in Birmingham, the staff are delightful and the coffee is well made. The only points are knocked off if you want a quiet place to hide (it's the kind of place that always has people in and thus loud)
