By far the best BBQ joint in BCS. Don’t waste your time or money going somewhere else! The owner is very friendly and you can tell he works hard and puts his all into this food! And it shows!!! The brisket is phenomenal, I’d also recommend getting a side of potato salad!

I have eaten a lot of bbq. Whether it be at LJ’s and Truth in Brenham, or Franklins in Austin and I can fully admit that this is the best BBQ joint in College Station Area. You can tell that the owner takes pride in his food and it shows. I got the chopped beef sandwich that literally melts in your mouth. No other way to describe it. If you’re looking for good BBQ in CS skip out on CJ’s and come HERE!

The only BBQ I’ll eat around town now. I love everything pickled and the pickled onions are one of my fave toppings, the potato salad has that more pickled tasted too, and the actual meat and stuff (I always get the brisket but have tried the other meats) and that’s pretty amazing too. Bo’s done a pretty good job making the outside super cute, providing shade, and always has exceptional customer service.

First time ordered today and it is the best brisket I ever had in a while. Damnit!!!

The service. The meat. The sides. The sweat tea. All on POINT 100%. Bo is doing it right! Great stop, won’t be disappointed.

We didn’t get to try the burnt ends because he ran out but everything was amazing, great food and friendly service

This is a gem of a spot if your lucky enough to have found it and get there before he sells out. I love good craft BBQ, and Bo (owner) delivers on BBQ perfection on all levels. Some of the best brisket I've ever tasted, and everything else on the menu from turkey to sides is completely on point. Plus, Bo is very forthcoming on sharing tips and tricks that can help you dial it up on your own grill or pit.
