Our waiter was awesome!

In hotel restaurant/bar. Bar service is extremely slow, bartender doesn't know how to make most drinks plus they don't have ingredients to make drinks on menu. Breakfast is like a typical buffet at a cheap hotel! But enough to get you thru the morning. I expected more for $15.

What a wonderful experience we had at this bar inside the 4 Points Sheraton on Federal Highway near both the airport and cruise Port. We felt like family after spending 2 days before and after our cruise here. Shout out both Fran and Julian who bartended and were our servers as well as we ate at the bar. We loved how welcome they made us feel.

A tough night, following a flight cancellation and Fran and the kitchen staff made sure I had a good meal in a fun and welcoming environment. Big thank you as well to Nathaniel at the front desk. Smart, attentive, and a great problem solver. It made navigating through my ordeal much easier. Merci!
