Went for lunch and the service was absolutely terrible. No one ever introduced themselves as our server. When someone would come around, they would ask if we had a server and then no one would ever come by. Food was not as described on the menu either. Complete let down. Will not be going back. The restaurant needs a major face lift too. Not clean and severely out dated. This place is an embarrassment to the JW Marriott.

Everything was incredible. The T-bone was perfectly cooked, the scallops were amazing, and the cocktail was unique and delicious!

I'll be honest.. the food is good I'll give it that. But in my opinion my steak and fries were kinda expensive for not having any other sides included with it, that was a shame. And for a moment I thought I had to be white to eat there cause that's all I saw when I walked in there, but turns out it's jus a high priced restaurant that the rich white folks like to go to for lunch, but thats jus pocket change to them. For me it was a kick in my wallets nutts. . If you're on a budget don't eat here, but if you feel like eating like an elite, knock yourself out here.

Decided to spend our anniversary here yesterday, wishing we hadn’t. Prefix Valentine menu sounded great but left much to be desired and was not worth the price point. Service was mediocre. Next time, JPrime.

Great Customer service, ambiance and awesome food! Had the Niman Ranch Filet -- so so good. Tender with amazing taste and texture. Truffle Cream Corn and Yukon potatoes -- especially the Corn. Highly recommend 18 Oaks!
