1700° Steakhouse

Amazing food and service.

Awesome restaurant for a date night! It is beautiful and more of a private ambiance. We had the bone in ribeye, gnocchi and milk and honey dessert. The ribeye tasted excellent, super tender not dry at all even though we ordered medium well. The gnocchi is a must try, super airy and delicious. The dessert was also very different to what I have tasted, not my favorite though (I am more of a chocolate person) so if you have not tried it and want to try something new, you should give it a try. The only down side is that it does take a while to have your food out so don’t arrive hungry lol

My husband and I decided to try 1700 for our anniversary dinner, everything was amazing! Beautiful restaurant located at Paso del Norte hotel. Lights are dimmed so it makes the place even more romantic, they set up our table with a champagne glass each to toast to our anniversary and my friend also called in to order a bottle for us which they also set up along with a passed down msg from him! The way they start you off with each course is fantastic and the food is amazing! Customer service is top notch! Our waitress Denisse was super sweet and her recommendations hit the spot! My husband had the tamarind pork chop and I had the filet mignon and for dessert we had the milk & honey along with the triple chocolate mousse! Everything from the moment you walked in till the time you left was perfect!

In a town filled with mediocre to better than average steaks, it's was great finding one that is exceptional. Whomever was working the grill that night was rocking it, because everyone at our table steaks came out at just the right temp and well rested. Had the truffled man-n-cheese. It was made with real truffles, not the oil. I can taste the difference. I also had a side of bearnaise, which was almost fluffy and very flavorful, not oily and flat from it being over done or held at the wrong temp. I will be back on my next trip to El Paso to try the pork chop. I hope it is just as impressive.

Seriously the best steakhouse I’ve ever been to in my life! The service is 10 out of 10 as well!! Absolutely come here.

Really good restaurant. From the art, to the decor, to the food, all excellent. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I went for our anniversary a few days ago and the food was great but the service was disappointing. Our server had one other table and still seeming like he was not attentive. Waited a while for refills and after dropping off the food he never came back. We had to ask another server for what we needed. When you are spending 300+ the service needs to be better.

Absolutely thought we would have an exceptional experience.....Not worth the price at all. Quality of food is not what you would expect, especially when a steak cost $100+ Four very very small Oysters(Oyster Rockefeller)...not a dish to be proud of.
