Excellent cocktails and wine pair with creative and delicious seafood dishes meant to share. Bar 167 masters the vibe factor that always narrowly eludes 167 Raw. Come thirsty and often. Best downtown spot for lunch, ‘bar’ none.

Beautiful new digs, good service, and very good food make it very enjoyable to eat here. Fish taco was great, but I thought the fish in the ceviche was a bit tough - should have been cut thinner or macerated longer. Updated from years ago - the food was excellent, including the scallop and halibut ceviche, but service was lacking - server didn't check to see how either course was and only paid attention to ask if I wanted another glass of wine. Felt rather neglected at the oyster bar beside the regular bar. Those particular chairs are metal and very heavy and no one offers a hand in seating or pushing in the chair to the counter. I observed this problem of pulling the chair, or sitting awkwardly because it wasn't pulled in, in most of the other women who were seated there too.

Besides being a bit loud, this place is top notch for quality seafood. A must visit if in town !!

Everything is good. Ceviche and lobster rolls were the best we've had.

Hands down best meal in Charleston. Well worth the 2.5 hour wait. Absolutely incredible flavors across the board. Very fresh seafood, prepared to perfection. The atmosphere is lively and fun!⁣ We had the sweetest server, Holly! We bonded over people always saying our names wrong lol. There’s no wonder this place makes everyone’s must try list when visiting Charleston! ⁣
