5 year Tribeca resident here. Multiple times in the past year I’ve gone to this location for fro-yo within one hour of closing and each time almost all of the sauces and toppings have been packed up 20-45 minutes before closing time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The employees couldn’t care less that we’ve come in as a customer. I hope management can see this and hire employees who work all working hours with respect to their local customers.

This store is extremely disgusting and a mess. I come in and first thing i see is froyo spilt on the floor and the trays had mountains of froyo. I saw 2 rats running around in the back to the basement. There was froyo stains on the walls. One of the machines wasnt working and i told the employee there was two ladies working the lady with glasses gave me an attitude and didnt bother fixing the problem all she did was sit down and be on her phone. This is not acceptable and the management should do something about this

Terrible staff, the place was disorganized, and nothing was cleaned. There was froyo all over the floor and all the toppings were all over the places while there was barely even toppings in the first place. On top of that, I wanted to know what’s their popular flavor and the staff just gave me an attitude and didn’t even give me a proper answer, like not only it’s your job to keep the place tidy but also to engage and help the customers. The place wasn’t even busy so I don’t see any excuses. I ended up not buying from my mood being put off and from seeing the disgusting conditions the store was in.

My entire Uber eats order was wrong last night. I ordered a mini oatly ice cream with 12-2oz cups of toppings. A total of almost $13 in toppings. They sent me 2 large chocolate ice creams- not even lactose free. I know they know they messed up and thought giving me extra ice cream would solve it or something. I had called last night multiple times- no answer. I have been calling all morning- no answer. Literally the worst service I have ever come across. I wanted to just talk to someone about the order and of course, I can’t even do that. Scamming customers is taking it a little far. This was not an Uber Eats Issue. This is a 16 Handles issue. Dumb.

i have been here many times and while it was fun going through the process of choosing flavors and toppings, i felt bad when i saw the employees because they seem overworked and tired. they were all busy cleaning the place and machines after customers leaving them on and doing chores in the back. i even lifted the levers up because i understand and can see them working hard. but they still put on a smile when taking our orders or when we socialized with them. i have to give the employees some credits for serving us and the many customers that were there while getting their tasks done during chaotic moments.

If I can give 0 stars I definitely would, never order from here. Once I entered the establishment, the employees were absolutely rude and on their phones and didn’t help their customers whatsoever. I usually love 16 handles but this locations froyo was very tart, it tasted expired and gave me a sour stomach after. To top it off, it was dirty too, im sure this location violates multiple Heath code violations, never coming back here again.
