109 Burger Joint

Don't know what happened, I guess new management, but the quality of the food has gone down significantly. Girlfriend ordered bbq blues burger, except it came with no bbq and no Bleu cheese. I got the Mac addict, which I've been getting for years and in addition to replacing the Maccaroni with pasta shells (weird decision but not too bad), the taste paled in comparison to how it tasted previously. Unfortunate, I used to love this place but now I'm definitely crossing it off the list

Terrible service...waited 1.5 hours for 3 burgers with fries in an empty restaurant. Daughter's burger was raw inside when we asked for well done. Fries came out 10 minutes later from the burger with white bread buns whe it said brioche and my husband's burger had a hard area and no chorizo as on the menu.

Absolute worst...with 3 tables busy it took almost an hour and a half to get 3 burgers, one was medium rare instead of medium well, the other didn't have half the ingredients it said on the menu, and the other had half a slice of bacon. That was embarrassing, quite honestly may have been the worst dining experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE...

Food was great and I loved the atmosphere. It’s walkable distance from student apartments and the menu prices are reasonable considering their main business comes from college students! Service was just okay but definitely will be back for the food.

The music was too loud, and made it hard to converse. I ordered the handout truffle fries and it was just their regular fries with a tiny amount of cheese and parsley on top. I also didn’t get the aioli, they gave me regular ketchup :(. The server was very nice and attentive but the restaurant itself left much to be desired

Food is fine. Small portions, but not bad taste at all. Been here over an hour and a half now. Still waiting for the rest of our order. It came in bits and pieces. Ordered burgers with bacon, no one got bacon on their burgers. No one told us they were out of bacon, just accepted our order, delivered it and it was on us to let them know. Fryer was broker (or something like that) and fries have been coming out little by little. First and last time here. Long night.

It’s a LONG review but worth the reading!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I could give this place no stars I would! Unfortunally the changes owners in January of 2023. I was there with my family today when we sat down & ordered my son spilled a beer I had to clean it because the server(turns out to be the owner) didn’t bother to give us napkins, mop nothing. We changed tables ourselves. The onion rings came & you can tell the quality was bad. One burger came out & it just didn’t look like a burger you even want to eat. I received my Mac & cheese burger, the burger was hot when I went to eat the Mac & cheese was cold so I got up & I went to the server (the owner) & told her that my Mac & cheese was cold & I find it disgusting her response was “if you don’t like it don’t eat it” I said really?!? She then started to literally curse at me & I responded. I told her I would tell the manager & she screamed at me “I am the owner” I said you suck. I went back to the table & she continues to curse & scream like a irrational person! We got up left money on the table for what we had eaten & got up to leave. This lady the OWNER called the cops & of course they showed up! ( Props to the 7 police cars & officers from Sweetwater Police Department that showed up) totally uncalled for & ridiculous. I will not allow any kind of disrespect from anyone cursing at me specially in front of my 2 kids. Apparently being told to her face that they suck & the food was horrible was a trigger! Disgusting place & even more disgusting disrespectful owner!!! They have no worry about me or anyone I know returning to this place!!!!!! I will happily leave this review in EVERY website I can so everyone knows what a horrible place this is!!! Ever returning will be my greatest pleasure!!

Si pudiera calificar con cero estrellas, lo haría El servicio de parte del personal es deficiente, además de extremadamente lento. Mi experiencia con ellos fue desagradable, mientras esperaba mi comida vi lo que parecía ser la cola de una rata pasando por la máquina de la cerveza, y al llegar mi comida tenía cabello entre el queso y la carne, en ese momento di mi dinero por perdido ya que no comería algo más realizado en esa cocina.

Been coming here for a couple of years - but sadly like many places we frequent we are going to have to stop coming. I used to like the burgers here but for a while now they keep over cooking the burgers and reducing the size. Today October 2023, two of our party members ordered burgers and to our shock they were around 1 1/2 inch wide and half inch thick, in other occasions where this has happened I’ve ordered another one and barely got full. I find this unacceptable for the prices of the items. I hope this review serves a productive purpose to management and as a word of caution to shoppers.
