The fact that this location doesn’t even exist and the company didn’t even have the decency to update the site or remove from ordering site like I feel so scammed and still hungry and have to get back to work, thanks for wasting my time :/

I hate to leave bad reviews but there’s a level of cleanliness I expect when eating out. I went to the Duluth location yesterday and had a wonderful experience from the customer service to the bagel it was perfect and the fact we came in 10 minutes before closing. I wanted to go back to 101 bagel cafe but the Cobb parkway was the closet location. As I come in the store isn't up to par it looks like someone’s abandoned kitchen office. The staff wasn’t friendly, I asked for a water cup and the drink fountain was rusty & moldy and in very bad shape. My order was a matcha latte and an avocado egg and cheese bagel. The matcha wasn’t made correctly they lost their strainer . My bagel had only one bite of avocado the egg was not freshly cooked it was lukewarm. Just an awful experience. Just compared to the Duluth location it’s literally night and day. Highly disappointed.

Got food poisoning from eating here. I’ve eaten at other locations and everything has been 10/10 so I decided to stop by at this one. I wanted a bagel with with egg and cheese, the cashier had an attitude, she wanted to give me cheddar instead of the cheese of my choice. I also ordered an iced coffee & a fountain water, when I got to the soda machine to grab my water the soda machine had so much mold so I opted out of my water, then I went to the coffee station & all the creamers and milks were luke warm, I wonder how long they had been out without being rotated. I get my bagel and the eggs are completely cold and cheese not melted but eat it anyway as at this point I’m just trying to get through this awful experience. Within an hour my stomach starts feeling funny- The whole night thereof I had really bad stomach cramps and vomit which made me missed a day of work. will NEVER be back at this place and I HIGHLY suggest anyone to consider going somewhere else.

The bagels were alright but nothing very special. I liked the number of variety though. I would say I liked their cream cheese more than the bagel. I do want to try their muffins when I visit next time because they look scrumptious.

Legit one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. My order is super simple. Just an everything bagel toasted with butter. It was phenomenal. I should also say I grew up on NJ/NY bagels and this is on par.

Have come here quite a few times over the last 5 years. Food is decent and the ice coffee with coffee ice cubes is really good, but the condition of the restaurant has definitely gotten worse over the years. I came in at 8am and already one bathroom had a clogged and unusable toilet and the other bathroom didn't have working lights. There was tons of black dust in the ceiling surrounding all the air vents and everything just seemed dingy.

The food was good, but the survice was extremely slow
