Worse waffle house ever been to service
I see the good reviews I must have came at the wrong time.. AVOID HERE AT NIGHTS TERIBLEEEEEE. I was the ONLY customer inside the store ..I asked for waffle and biscuits it took them 45min into my wait of them socializing to ask me what I ordered to THEN start cooking my food that I waited for another 20 that was TERRIBLE
Me and my kids went here for breakfast at about 5:30 and they said that they were short of Staff it was only two people there so we could not eat in they were only doing to go orders and you know to go orders come with a extra fee
Rude and lazy Hispanic girl stealing from costumers making her own tip by giving out incorrect amount and missing food that I paid for and leaving dirty dishes everywhere and eating on the clock will never eat there again .
Went here with some friends after a night out and this was probably THE best late night eating experience I've ever had. They only had 3 people working but they were very efficient and kind. The food was great and they had amazing music playing.
Atmosphere was chaotic today because they were training today. I asked the trainer to refill my coffee even though I knew she wasn't my server. Although she is a very good trainer. She did not demonstrate the ARM skills which is Adaptability. Resourcefulness and Motivation. She was not willing to show her trainees that this is needed to be a good employee. Regardless of how busy you are please show adaptability and teamwork in the workplace. As a Career and Education Educator in High Schools this is a necessity in Soft Skills which she did not display. Today was an epic fail because she used the word y'all several times and her tone was terrible. 80 percent of employers do not believe this generation does not have the necessary Soft Skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Tone is 38 percent. Body language is 55 percent and words are only 7 percent in a message. Her tone and her body language let me know that she wasn't the one. However. I love going to the Waffle House but this one I will bypass when I visit my parents or see my nephew play. Work on Soft Skills please if you plan to keep training the employees at Waffle House.
The reason why i giving 2⭐️'s is because of Tiffany. I guess that's her name for what i could see the old and messy name tag....her customer service was very unpleasant and unprofessional....we were about 3 Hispanics families and more Hispanics families showing up....she was very rude...till she found out that i was Hispanic and i could speak both languages...she changed the tone....BUT OVERALL FOOD WAS AMAZING...
