Great stop for a quick bite to eat.

There's 2 black ladies i spend 20 min lookin for them in the store i even went in the office nd no one was there and after 20 min they showed up smell all weed nd after that they givin me an attitude

Worst location I sat in drive thru window for 5 minutes saying hello. No response and 10 cars piled up behind me.. I pull up to window to tell them I just want to buy a coffee and with an attitude the manager says no we didn’t hear you go back around.. why would I lie I sat there for 5 minutes saying hello. Now there’s 10 cars behind me and they didn’t care.. this manager is not nice and she clearly hates coming to work every day. I’ll be calling corporate and going to a different location. Sad because I come here every single morning

I love Tim Hortons. It’s my favorite coffee. The only thing I’d say is don’t order coffee to be delivered because they never add the cream and sugar.

They apparently think it's ok to advertise a product that they're not capable of making.

Went thru the drive thru & placed my order. The guy taking my order wanted to argue with me about what your menu said. I said cancel my order & I left. You need to teach your employees about good customer service. Show concern, apologize, remedy & educate. This practice goes a long way. I will not return to this location.
