The Pasta Bowl - Lincoln Square

My friend and I visited the Lincoln Square location on 03/04/2024. Upon arrival, we weren't greeted or seated, so we took matters into our own hands and found a table. Despite being seated, we received no acknowledgment, despite the place not being crowded. Interestingly, a couple who arrived after us were promptly seated, greeted, and served water before us, even though we had been waiting for 15 minutes. The bartender's attitude was unpleasant and unwelcoming throughout the ordeal. Regardless of the quality of their food, I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

They have no process for ordering or handling online DoorDash or take out orders. Store gets backed up and staff have no system in place to reduce the amount of orders on the table.. I would have always suggest a mira automated system so that when someone's food is ready they get notified as I had to wait 25 minutes when my order was ready the whole time but they wouldn't let me ask for it.

Their Pasta is a bunch of oily, unhealthy, cream, cheese SLOP. it’s disgusting. A huge glop that you can pick up all of it the whole dish of it with one fork. Just make it at home. This is just a bunch of slop thrown together here and you’ll get a bad stomachache. I had the farfalle pollo.

Oreo Dream Bar. Oh my god. $3.00. Come on! Delicious!
