Thai Peacock

I travel to Portland regularly for work and my trips are never complete without a dinner at Thai Peacock! The service is always fast, attentive, and courteous. The setting is welcoming and finely appointed. And most importantly, the food is incredibly delicious!

I ordered the pineapple marinated pork and there were mystery bits of wide rice noodle that came in the dish even though it was not a noodle dish. The veggies that came in the dish were super bland as was the pork.

Stopped in for dinner, ordered Peacock combo and Pad Med Mamuang. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Too noisy for me, apart from that everything was good.

I love this place. I get Pad Se Ew at most places that have it, and theirs is THE BEST. I don't know what they do, but the flavor is RICH and the tofu is EXCELENT. Vibe is awesome in there, staff is friendly and attentive. Parking: We paid just a few bucks to park in a parking lot right next to the restaurant. Super easy.

A staple and consistently good Thai food downtown. Fast, large portions and delicious.

Great taste, price and food!

A Thai spot that’s solid for pickup in downtown Portland west side. It’s located right by Powell’s which is super convenient unless you want to dine in, which makes parking very difficult and the wait times can be 30-60mins. The pad Thai here is super tasty and not overly salty. The fried rice seemed a touch oily, but was still nice and moist with a good flavor that wasn’t washed in soy sauce. The salmon wasn’t cooked the best and didn’t have the greatest flavor in general, but the pineapple pork was very tasty and a great texture. Overall I’m glad I checked it out and would likely pick up from them again so I could try more of the menu.
