TGI Fridays

We’re visiting from Pennsylvania and our experience here was amazing. Larry is the best server I think I ever had. By the time I was finishing my drink he was there with a refill. The food was fast and delicious. My wife and I will be returning during our stay.

This place is for people who must not know what good food taste like!!! First of all I'd hate to see if the place was busy. The place was empty and the service still sucked!!!!! Waitress wasn't attentive!!!! We put our drink order in so we could enjoy b4 our food and we had to go find her to get our drink. Which she brought out at the same time she brought the nasty food 40 mins later. Then she didn't even complete our order. She forgot our shrimp dish!! We would have been better off getting the TGIF frozen stuff from the grocery store!!!! It was my sisters birthday and it totally was not worth going there!! Waitress name was Fayth!!!! Not That it matters. Pretty sure food would have still sucked if it was brought out by someone else!!

Our waitress Jaz was very pleasant; however, neglected to take our food order. Three tables (that came after us) all got their food 10 to 15 minutes before us. We asked (more than once) for silverware, plates for our appetizer and butter. We only got these things by asking the bartender. My only request was to have dressing on the side which did not happen. All but one group were gone before we even got the check. My husband and I were nice towards her and she did apologize for the wait but kept us waiting time after time. She did not do that with the other 3 tables.

Horrible service. The waitress never acknowledged us th entire time we Sat there waiting patiently as she continued to walk by servicing other tables. Finally some one else came to take our drink order while and other people sat at the table across from us and they were taken care of immediately. We finally just left

Friend was in town to celebrate her mom's 80th birthday. She was wearing a tiara and a sash that said "80 and Fabulous". Our server never wished her a Happy Birthday. She must've been having a bad morning. We asked for sugar for the coffee and she said she'll try to dig some up in the back. We got tired of waiting and grabbed some from the next table over. I liked my Hawaiian omelet but they didn't care for their Eggs Benedict. Something about the sauce. The coffee was just a notch above luke warm. I don't like luke warm coffee so I added ice to mine. Our server just seemed curt the whole time and it wasn't very busy. As a Friday Rewards member, I was rather disappointed. Guess I'll stick with the Fridays at the Orleans.

I stood around no jost for 10 minutes trying to place a take out order employees walked by without asking a question. The service is horrendous and there is no customer service at all here. I'm never coming back to this restaurant Good luck if you choose to eat here

No hostess was around so I went and sat at the bar - sat there for 5+ minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, not even a hello. Left. Was ready to spend a lot there, oh well.
