If you order ahead this location is an okay option but even with that it has taken nearly an hour to get an order. They are always understaffed, don’t have the product needed and the staff and other customers look pretty fed up most of the time. Luckily there is the Double Tree location up the road a bit or the free standing shop near the mall. I feel for the workers here. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps but the table and mercy tables are hard to get around
I work not too far from this Kroger location and will often stop in for some coffee and egg bites before work in the mornings. There's a ton of seating and so I'm able to sip coffee, have a bite, and read for a couple of hours before I have to go to work. The staff at this location (at least in the mornings, I'm never there in the afternoons) are absolutely wonderful. I might be biased as a regular but the staff often remember my usual orders and if it's not too busy are willing to chat. When it is busy they still keep things friendly but are focused on getting things done which I can respect. My only complaint is that the food can be hit or miss as far as being in stock. I doubt that's the fault of any of the people I see most days but it can be frustrating.
I waited for forty five minutes and then got the wrong coffee
As someone who’s a daily ordered from this location, I have always been impressed with my drinks! They have gotten my order down to a T and perfect it every time. The customer service is phenomenal, but there’s one worker that always goes above and beyond by the name of Tabitha. She has always been an absolute joy when coming in and even leaves me words of encouragement on my cups. I will continue to be a regular!
Always busy. Always under staffed. Always super long wait in line or mobile pick up.
If I could give this place a zero star I would. The customer service is terrible. This is the second morning I stood in line being the only one in line and no acknowledgement. 25 Minutes I stood in this line and still no service. Absolutely ridiculous and slow. They talk more about their personal lives than take care of customers.
