I ordered the gladiator smoothie and picked at first pineapple, but I couldn’t find another fruit I liked with it, and even asked for recommendations. Then I said I just wanted to get kiwi and strawberries as it went together better. The smoothie I got was white, so I asked if it had strawberries because it would pink if it did. The cashier checked the receipt, then proceeded to tell me that she went over it with me and that I agreed to it so… I will say she did verify the kiwi which I agreed to, but she did not verify the pineapple which is what was added instead of strawberries. I think this was unprofessional to blatantly tell me she read it to me and that I had agreed especially because that was not what I wanted, so how can I agreed to it? I understand that I was indecisive, so I was polite and kind. However, she just kind of looked at me like what do you want after telling me a lie and blaming the mistake all on me, so I took the smoothie that I paid for and left without saying anything. I am not trying to be a Karen, but I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time. Also, I’ve worked at a smoothie place before, and if there was a mistake even if not ours, we always remade it. If it was our mistake, we would also give an apology. Anyways, I will not be coming back, thanks for stealing my money:)
My smoothie wasn’t all that great. It tasted good it just didn’t have no ice in it. It was like you took chocolate milk and pour it into a cup kind of lukewarm.
Can never rely on this location to open when they're supposed to.
Smoothies are always fresh and tasty. Service is very good.
I'm updating my feedback for Smoothie King. Guess what? They've just introduced Tap & Pay! Now, I can easily and quickly order my favorite smoothie using my watch. I've always preferred this particular location because the staff is super friendly and they've never made a mistake with my order.
The girl working there when we ordered... She was informative about the coupons, app, and the business in general for my first visit... She waited for us to read the menu without pressuring us... She made my family's bowls and drink meticulously like she cared. Made sure she used the correct utensils for each item like the blueberry scoop, for instance, for blueberries --instead of being sloppy or lazy and using whatever utensil grabbed first. Tamara, as a 15 year manager of restaurants around Ohio, I give you a huge applause. I would hire you any day and I hope the company appreciates your efforts near as much as I do. I would consider giving Tamara whatever position she wants to do. She shined!!
The service was fantastic! I asked for certain ingredients for my smoothie and they made it. My smoothie was delicious at a reasonable price too!!
I've always wanted to try but your reviews are just awful. Lost a customer before you even gained it. Crazy how upset you guys make people lol.
