Sinatra

Was unable to get reservations but decided to swing by and see if there were any last minute cancellations. Luckily, there was one small table available in the bar area, which is apparently open seating! Amy provided wonderful service and I didn’t feel for a second that I got 2nd rate service for not sitting in the main area. I was torn between pasta and seafood and she suggested coursing things out with a small side of pasta after the salad. So glad I did! The pasta was delicious but the John Dory was EVERYTHING. I also had the Caesar and would skip it next time but everything else was so good, I don’t even care about the salad! Can’t wait to bring the hubs back and try even more of the menu!

Absolutely amazing experience here! From the front desk to the waitress, everyone was so courteous and attentive. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and we had such a wonderful experience. Well worth the money!

This restaurant had a really nice ambiance and the service was great! The food was very good as well.

Dining alone at the bar is generally hit or miss. My experience at Sinatra’s was a huge hit. I can count how many times in my life a bartender has come around the bar and placed a napkin in my lap (zero, until now). Both Rich and Greg were personable, professional, and genuinely caring. Being vegan is also often a challenge, but Sinatra’s has it covered with several choices. I had the vegan Caesar and Gardein chik’n Parmesan. Both delicious and my plates were cleaned. I will definitely return on my next visit to Wynn/Encore. Vegetarian options: All restaurants at Wynn/Encore have vegan/vegetarian menus that change regularly.

The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Being an Italian American who works in NYC I found the combination of ambience, incredible wait staff and food as good as it gets. Our waiter was a total pro. He anticipated our wants and made great suggestions. We started with the salami and cheese board that was perfect for 2. Of course tremendous cocktails and I had the veal parmigiana excellent. We topped off our evening with an incredible dessert. Of course espresso and sambuca. Great place for a high end dining experience!!

Prompt service, excellent food and never felt like we were rushed out the door. Extremely polished wait staff.

The ambiance, food, and service were top notch!!! I celebrated by birthday here and it was an amazing experience!!! Would highly recommend!! Parking: There is an easy self service parking area or you can splurge on the $40 dollar valet.

Celebrated my hubby’s birthday here last Friday night. We enjoyed excellent service and wonderful ambiance in the side room that has the wine wall. Food was outstanding. Try the tiramisu for dessert. For us Sinatra is always a must on our Vegas trips! Never disappoints.
