Ordered a combo stromboli and spaghetti. Food was mediocre. I asked for a refund after taking one bite and clueless Mexican staff didn’t know what to do. Julio, the manager, was on vacation and nobody knew how to process a refund. Totally incompetent staff. Food was junk, and they had the temerity to charge $3.30 for a bottle of water. This place should get kicked out of Las Americas Plaza.

El servicio queda, la chica de cabello naranja y q está en la caja, da un mal servicio, la verdad no recomiendo q compren en este lugar.

Customer service was okay, I guess? I couldn’t hear the poor cashier because it was too loud, but at least the food was great. :)

If you like big slices of reheated pizza this is your place. It's inside a food court and so it is food court quality. They did not have pepperoni pizza which I found very shocking. What pizza place doesn't have pepperoni pizza? They had pepperoni with jalapenos which I applaud them for their creativity, but I wasn't looking for spicy pizza that night. The server there was amazing, friendly and generous. Sadly, I forget her name. Again if you're looking for a quick bite to eat in a food court can't go wrong with this place, but don't expect amazing quality. Vegetarian options: Can a cheese pizza and pizza with mushrooms and bell peppers. Parking: This is located in a giant outlet mall so there is a ridiculous amount of parking. Kid-friendliness: The food court had games and rides in it. It's okay to take a little ones here. Wheelchair accessibility: Again this was in a giant outlet mall so they were parking spaces for handicapped people everywhere and the walkways were large and the doorways were also large enough for people with wheelchairs.

Bad customer service. And it has no free refills. Buy pizza somewhere else
